Most meals (and their gratuities) are included in your Institute fee. There is one dinner "on own" on a free evening. Breakfasts, lunches, and all of the other dinners will be provided in Colonial Williamsburg restaurants or nearby establishments.
Alcoholic beverages or anything that comes to the table in a bottle, e.g. Colonial Williamsburg’s special label root beer or ginger ale, are not provided. Servers will bring you a separate check for these items; you will need to bring money or a credit/debit card to cover these purchases and gratuities.
